YOUR FIRST VISIT
(NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT, Time 20mins, Cost $90)
On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff who will help you fill in our new patient registration and medical history form.
Our orthodontists want to get to know the person behind the smile. We want to know what your concerns are, and what you would like to achieve. Parents are welcome to attend. At the initial consultation, we will provide a comprehensive orthodontic examination and discuss potential treatment options. This cost $90, plus an additional $90 if an OPG XRay is required on the day. We may take an x-ray to aid our diagnosis.
We explain things using simple, clear language. We encourage your questions and feedback. You will receive a follow up letter confirming the orthodontic findings and potential treatments options available.
YOUR SECOND VISIT
(RECORDS APPOINTMENT)
If you decide you wish to continue your journey to get that confident smile that next step is to take detailed orthodontic records. This consists of photographs of your smile and teeth, 3D scans of your teeth, and radiographs (X-Ray pictures). This gives your orthodontist all the detailed information they need to design a treatment plan that will get the best result for your unique circumstances. This plan will be discussed with you at your treatment plan appointment approximately two weeks later.
THE THIRD VISIT
(THE TREATMENT PLAN)
At this visit your expert orthodontist will recommend the best treatment plan for your unique circumstances as well as discussing any treatment alternatives that may be available. We allow ample time for these appointments, they are never rushed and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have. You will also receive your ‘before’ photos and detailed letter confirming the treatment options discussed and the one that is recommended for you. The goal of this appointment is that you leave with full confidence you are well on your way to getting that healthy, confident smile.
